Role and Responsibilities: As the appointed CEO of Mieloo & Alexander, my role is to lead the company into a profitable future, where our teams are proud and engaged to deliver intelligent track & trace solutions that enable supply chain visibility for our customers. In order to reach this ambition and stay competitive, we need to be agile to adapt to market dynamics and ever changing needs of our customers. This requires not only market knowledge and experience, but also some self-reflection to validate if our capabilities that brought us here, are still the once that helps us to reach our ambitions for the future. If so, lets continue on this path and if not, we adapt and move forward. 

Background & Skills: I bring relevant experience from previous leadership and transformation roles at technology giants ThermoFisher Scientific and Vanderlande Industries. With a proven track record in technology, logistics, and consulting, my background reflects a good blend of expertise which helps Mieloo & Alexander in its challenges. My leadership is characterized by a fresh perspective and an innovative spirit, which is helpful in driving our transformation, but also for and with our customers.

Successful Projects: I started my career at Mieloo & Alexander and in the early days of RFID technology we delivered an RFID enabled Crate Registration System for Euro Pool Systems. The solution was highly innovative, under high time pressure and therefore very challenging, but we managed as a team to deliver successfully with a happy customer as result. These kind of projects you will never forget and makes you proud as a team. In the meantime the RFID market has matured and many of such projects has been delivered to many great customers. Now being back in the game and leading the company, I am confident that we can leverage our 20 years of experience and build a great future for Mieloo & Alexander and our customers.

My focus is on delivering value-driven solutions that propel our clients towards their objectives.

My journey includes active involvement in product development and evaluation cycles, earning the trust of major industry vendors. Holding a certification from the RFID Professional Institute further validates my expertise and commitment to excellence.

Successful Projects: Among my achievements at M&A, I take pride in delivering impactful solutions such as a multi-site track and trace system for a leading trucking manufacturer and a cutting-edge retail solution at the Heineken Experience Center. These projects exemplify our dedication to innovation and our ability to deliver tangible results that drive business success.

Noteworthy achievements include innovative concepts for Union Stahl and successful projects like HKM's pallet tracking. Daily tasks encompass customer consultations, partner network management, internal solution discussions, and communication handling, leading to varied workdays filled with discussions, phone calls, and extensive business travel.

Successful Projects:One of the projects I am proud of is the PostNL event management project. One of my responsibilities was to ensure that business, IT, and operations were aligned, enhancing added value to the supply chain.

Role and Responsibilities: Solution sales, sales consultancy, voice of the customer, and account director. Key focus is to understand the requirements of our clients and translate these into client-specific solution proposals, as well as into new features and enhancements of our existing product portfolio.

Background & Skills: I was trained as a business economist and have worked as a process and IT/SAP consultant and implementation project & change manager for more than 15 years, primarily in supply chain environments. Additionally, I have 20 years of experience designing, building, and deploying RFID and AutoID solutions in retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing environments.

Successful Projects: Scania Parts: rollout of overhead and outbound RFID solutions to the Global Spare Parts DC in Genk, Belgium. Volvo Trucks: rollout of overhead and outbound RFID solutions to the Global Spare Parts DC in Gent, Belgium. Rollout of fixed and overhead RFID readers to support M&A’s real-time inventory and locating and refilling task management solution to 40 outlet stores of PVH Europe. Rollout of an RFID-based track & trace solution to 2 production plants of Fehrer in Germany and the Czech Republic, to track, trace, and sort foam parts for car seats and interiors with embedded UHF RFID tags.

Role and Responsibilities: I spearhead sales and revenue growth. Crafting strategies, negotiating contracts and launching products are key responsibilities. My daily tasks include managing the sales team, engaging customers, and implementing strategies, ensuring a dynamic mix of challenges and triumphs. My goal is to lead M&A in real-time inventory management. I am excited about RTLS advancements with RFID & UWB, and affordable fixed barcode scanning solutions.

Background & Skills: My career focuses on the Auto-ID industry, excelling in Enterprise Mobility solutions. My toolkit encompasses sales, relationship-building, and people management. Success lies in active listening—a vital soft skill. From Account Management to Commercial Director, I've strategically sold solutions to major companies.

Successful Projects: I take pride in successfully selling strategic enterprise mobility solutions to industry giants such as DHL, PostNL, KLM Airlines, Schiphol Airport, Dutch Railways, Volvo Cars, and many more.

Role and Responsibilities: In my role as Team Lead for IT & Support, I oversee the dynamic maintenance of internal M&A systems, ensuring seamless operations. My responsibilities extend to managing the support team, prioritizing customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Aiming to elevate our support services to a first-class, proactive level is my primary goal. I am particularly enthusiastic about the industry's potential advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), driving our team toward cutting-edge support solutions.

Background & Skills: Rooted in MBO 3 ICT education, I devoted nearly 17 years to a medium-sized accounting and tax consulting firm, progressing to System Administrator. Committed to growth, I completed evening studies, earning an HBO Bachelor's degree in IT. Achieving this, along with Ethical Hacker training, is a point of pride. My success is a fusion of technical proficiency, effective communication, and creativity, driven by a hands-on mentality for proactive problem-solving.

Successful Projects: I've played a pivotal role in the ongoing success of the Volvo Cars project, focusing on setting up and managing handheld devices through SOTI, creating configuration policies, and providing dedicated customer support. This project reflects my commitment to excellence, showcasing technical expertise and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.

My responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, Financial data entry, invoice processing, Bank reconciliation, Expense management and also other tasks like reporting and Tax and Administrative Support. Successful Projects: Notable projects include our collaboration with PVH, leveraging RFID and ARC Cloud to enable real-time in-store stock visibility and enhance stock replenishment. Additionally, I've contributed to our Suitsupply project and various others, each a testament to our commitment to driving business innovation and success.
