As a proud M&A employee for nearly 8.5 years, M&A feels like a second home with close bonds and a collaborative culture that inspires my best.

What sets M&A apart is the blend of professional growth, transparency, and team spirit. Starting as a Support Engineer, I've advanced to Consultant, working on diverse projects in Logistics, Fashion and Retail, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. The annual team winter sports trip is a highlight!

M&A has shaped me personally and professionally, offering new skills and continuous challenges. I am proud to be part of the M&A family and look forward to many more years of growth and collaboration.

Working at Mieloo & Alexander (M&A) is an adventure filled with variety and challenges. Each day is unique due to our diverse projects across sectors and teams. We gain behind-the-scenes insights into clients' logistics operations and tackle solutions from development to implementation, often on an international scale.

M&A’s flat project organization lets us take on various roles, fostering strong relationships at all levels. Our fantastic team, comfortable office, and great coffee create a pleasant work environment. The open culture and collegiality make M&A welcoming.

Starting as a technical consultant, I learned extensively in IT before moving into project management. The diverse projects provided rapid growth. A highlight is our annual winter trip to Austria, where skiing, hiking, and après-ski activities strengthen our team spirit, making M&A extra special.

Office meetings

At our office, we gather every six weeks for an energetic and informative office meeting. During these dynamic M&A Office Meetings, we delve deep into crucial topics such as corporate policy, ongoing projects, and success stories from completed internal projects, all presented by our own employees. After each office meeting, it's time to unwind and network during our enjoyable social gathering, held either at the office or at a nearby location.
